General Terms & Conditions

Gbaazi is an international online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between gbaazi and all its members. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions have been published in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. gbaazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be notified on the site.

Account Registration

Registration on gbaazi is completely free. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email used during registration must be your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact customer support immediately.

KYC & Identity Verification

Gbaazi complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain threshold.

Documents required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) for address verification.
• Selfie photo (if required).

Deposit Rules

You can deposit on gbaazi using Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Gbaazi will not be held responsible for deposits made using incorrect information.
• If you experience a deposit issue, contact support right away.

Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw from gbaazi, you must have a sufficient verified balance in your account. Withdrawals directly from a bonus balance are not permitted — wagering requirements must be completed first.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Gbaazi reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Gbaazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms. This section covers the general bonus rules.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000).
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amount × 20x.
• The wagering period expires 30 days after the bonus is activated.

General Bonus Policy:

• Using bonus funds to play certain games (such as low-margin bets) may be restricted.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Withdrawing your deposit before completing the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Gbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Proven bonus abuse will result in account closure.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• Any bet placed after an event has already occurred in live betting will be considered void.
• Bets flagged for unusual patterns (such as arbitrage or sure-betting) may be voided.

The payout rate (RTP) for all games is published on the site. In any betting dispute, gbaazi's decision is final, though you always have the right to raise a complaint.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbaazi:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing fake transactions or coordinated bets to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• System Hack: Attempting to breach the platform's software or security systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players.
• False Information: Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Underage Use: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting is automatically stopped after losses reach a set amount.

Account Closure & Suspension

• There is suspicion of money laundering.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority is in place.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned. Contact support to submit an account closure request.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please submit a complaint to our customer support at support@gbaazi.app first. We will respond within 7 business days.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• Server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence in any betting dispute.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, neutral third-party mediation is available.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Gbaazi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the site and sent to your registered email before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.
